Joining the PFFood Fair is easy! To help you apply quickly and easily, we have prepared a detailed guide. Whether you want to become a vendor, volunteer or partner, follow these steps.
Step 1: Familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of participation
Before you apply, it’s important to know:
- What categories of participants we accept (vendors, volunteers, partners).
- Vendor requirements (e.g., licenses, product quality).
- Volunteer responsibilities and types of help required.
- Partner opportunities and forms of support for the event.
Step 2: Choose the type of participation
Decide what role you would like to participate in:
- Farm and Home Food Vendor. If you have fresh, organic or artisanal products that you want to share with visitors.
- Volunteer. If you are willing to help with organization, grounds work, information support, and other important tasks.
- Partner. For companies and organizations that want to support the fair – financially, with resources or services.
Step 3: Fill out the online application form
Go to the application page on the PFFood website. On the form you will need to:
- Provide your contact information (name, phone, e-mail).
- Select the type of participation (vendor, volunteer, partner).
- Provide additional information – for example, a range of products for vendors, volunteering experience or partnership details.
Fill out the form carefully to avoid errors and speed up the processing of the application.
Step 4: Submit the application
Once completed, check all the details again and click submit. You will receive an automatic confirmation to the specified e-mail. This means that your application has been successfully accepted and is pending.
Step 5: Wait for a response from the organizers
Our managers will carefully consider your application within 5 working days. We will contact you by phone or e-mail to:
- Confirmation of participation.
- Clarifying details (e.g. what products you will be selling or what tasks you are willing to perform).
- Providing further instructions.
If there is no response within 5 days, we recommend contacting us directly.
Step 6: Prepare for the fair
After confirming your participation, you will receive from the organizers:
- Advice on how to prepare for the event.
- Site rules (including safety and sanitation measures).
- A schedule of events and instructions on arrival times.
This will help you perform comfortably and successfully at the fair.
